Contract Cleaning

Day Janitors

Our day janitors and maintenance support staff are available through either an 'on call' mobile area basis, or can be recruited for site-based roles.


Our janitors maintain high standards across all of your facilities and deal with various maintenance requirements that are needed. Support is also available for particularly challenging tasks if necessary and depending on your specific needs.

Steaming

Steaming is highly effective at sanitising surfaces and removing particularly difficult stains and ingrained dirt.

Specialist steam cleaning - including all equipment, surfaces, fixtures and fittings, hard-to-reach areas - will keep these areas safe.


We also work in external areas of facilities to remove chewing gum and dirt from surfaces such as paving slabs.

Carpeting and Hard Flooring

Our carpet and hard-floor cleaning includes the use of extraction machines for built-up dirt, bonnet machines to improve presentation of larger areas, and steam cleaners for extra bacterial control. We remove chewing gum, perform strip and seals, and use Diamond Brite strip and polish along with carpet pile extraction. There are multiple options to choose from in order to keep your facility presentable throughout the year.

Our window cleaning services include all internal glass to apartments, shops, offices and lobbies. Services include removal of scale and other deposits with our specialist substances.


We use Reach-and-Wash for external glazing. For offices in managed buildings or high-rise buildings, our teams are trained to provide abseil window cleaning or hands-on window cleaning with access platforms.

Exterior, Cladding and Roofing

We have access to a full range of pressure washers and steam cleaners, including appropriate substances to remove graffiti and other challenging problems facilities of varying purposes can come across if, for example, they're positioned on a main road or around large public areas. 


We maintain safe and effective access with MEWPs/cherry-pickers, platforms and harnessing, where required.

High-level cleaning to larger facilities can potentially be hazardous and require specialist access equipment. We provide the most affordable specialist cleaning in the South-East with highly trained and certified operatives to carry out difficult cleans.

Our team have many years’ experience using specialist equipment for working at height and are adept in abseiling to hard-to-reach areas.

Guttering and Drainage

The team at Grey-Water have decades-worth of experience identifying the root cause of blocked drains, fixing the problem without damaging any of the drains or surrounding materials and in doing so they prevent maintenance at any later date.


Grey-Water use top-of-the-line pressure pumps to navigate hard-to-reach passages including sewers, all internal and high-level drains such as guttering.

Storm Drains

Storm drains prevent rain from accumulating on flat surfaces of facilities by safely channeling it into main drainage routes.


Storm drains often go without maintenance and can become blocked with mud, sticks, and other debris.


Maintaining storm drains reduces the amount of debris build-up, ensuring a safe facility.
