Gym & Leisure
With regular daily cleaning, one-off and periodic cleans, we have a host of options to suit your gym and leisure facility.
Our teams will keep all equipment hygienic for users with regular sanitising, reducing the spread of bacteria and opportunity for contagious diseases to spread.
Floors will be clean and free from slip hazards. Showers and washrooms will be free of limescale, reducing the risk of biofilm legionnaires disease.
Spa
Treatment rooms, rest and washrooms, lobbies, pools and hot tubs, recreational areas, bars, external areas and grounds. We understand that spa cleaning has high expectations for cleanliness and comfort.
Wash areas will be of particular focus, ensuring fixtures and fittings remain free of limescale, therefore at reduced risk of legionella. All reception and lobby areas will be to an executive standard, without presenting hazards from high gloss surfaces.
Theme Park
Our regular cleaning schedules for theme parks include keeping areas free of litter, washrooms regularly maintained, bins emptied and high-risk touchpoint areas sanitised and washed down. We disinfect attractions and high-level access for hard-to-reach areas.
During off-season closure, our teams will carry out deep cleans to external hard surfaces and flooring, helping maintain the area for re-opening with the latest commercial equipment, substances and methodology.
Zoo
We maintain pathways and viewing platforms during the course of the day with our on-site janitorial teams and regular management spot checks ensuring the highest and consistent standards for your zoo.
Our mobile teams will regularly maintain viewing ports, glazing and signage across site. This can include any office window cleaning, cladding and any high-level roof areas.
With waste segregation and use of waste compactors and balers, we will keep your waste costs to a minimum.
Galleries & Museums
Galleries and museums are typically made up of wide open spaces and glazing. Our professional day-janitors (or, morning and evening cleaning operatives) will keep floors in these areas polished and free of dirt and dust whilst preventing slip hazards. Glazing will be cleaned, providing unimpeded viewing of all exhibits and through windows.
Our washroom cleaning and deep cleans will also keep all facilities on-site clean, safe and comfortable throughout the year.
Sporting Venues
Sports venues can be a challenging clean due to the number of seats, access points and typical levels of litter and spillages. Flow cleaning with a professional team from one area across the venue ensures a consistent clean.

Music Festivals​
Due to the density of crowds at music festivals, all management companies will be familiar with significant volumes of litter left lying on the floor and the challenges with maintaining restroom cleaning.
Using both hand litter picking and equipment such as Billy Goats, we clean all grounds of litter and debris, returning them to their pre-festival condition quickly and efficiently.

Washrooms
Public washrooms are high-traffic areas that need sufficient capacity for visitors. Our day janitors and other specialist teams keep these areas well maintained and presentable so visitors feel comfortable using the facilities and know they're safe from bacteria and other pathogens.
We also ensure there is no accumulation of dirt and that the risk of blockages are at their minimum.
Much of the waste that leaves a venue is recyclable but typically goes to general waste, ending up in incineration, RDF or landfill. Waste management can be challenging without proper knowledge of waste streams and we find most waste being disposed of in a costly co-mingled skip.
Recovering cardboard, polythene films, hard plastics, metals, polystyrene and other recyclables, means we can process these for sale at market rate, preventing high disposal rates of general waste.
Staff require a clean office environment to work comfortably after spending hours of their day managing hospitality areas. First impressions count and your management suite is a reflection of the standards that can be expected across the rest of the facility.

Steaming
Industrial steam cleaning is highly effective at sanitising surfaces and removing particularly difficult stains & ingrained dirt.
You may require your commercial retail toilets to be disinfected which includes surfaces, fixtures and fittings, grouting and hard to reach areas, or an office environment where an illness has broken out.
We also work in external areas to remove chewing gum and dirt from porous surfaces such as paving slabs.

Drains & Guttering
The team at Grey-Water have decades-worth of experience in identifying the root cause of blocked drains, fixing the problem without damaging any of the drains or surrounding materials and in doing so, they prevent subsequent maintenance at any later date.

Storm Drains
Storm drains prevent rain from accumulating on flat surfaces by safely channeling it into main drainage routes.
