Carpeting and Hard Flooring
We have a host of options to suit your gym and leisure facility.
Our teams keep all equipment hygienic for users with regular sanitising, reducing the spread of bacteria and contagious diseases.
Floors are free from slip hazards, and showers and washrooms are free of limescale, reducing the risk of biofilm legionnaires disease.
Waste Management
Much of the waste from venues is recyclable but typically goes to general waste, ending up in incineration, RDF or landfill. We find most waste in costly co-mingled skips due to ignorance from those throwing their waste away.
Recovering cardboard, polythene films, hard plastics, and other recyclables, means they can be processed for sale at market rate, preventing high disposal rates of general waste.
Periodical Steaming
Steam cleaning is highly effective at sanitising surfaces and removing particularly difficult stains and ingrained dirt.
Toilets can be disinfected, including surfaces, fixtures and fittings, grouting and hard to reach areas.
We also work in external areas to remove chewing gum and dirt from porous surfaces such as paving slabs.
Exterior, Cladding, Roofing
Glazing, cladding, roofing, solar panels and more! We have access to a full range of pressure washers, steam cleaners, and gum removal equipment, including appropriate substances to remove graffiti and other challenging problems from your leisure facility.
We maintain safe and effective access with MEWPs/cherry-pickers, platforms and harnessing, and all of our staff are trained in working at height.
Maintenance
We provide maintenance, including training and managing on-site maintenance personnel in all leisure environments.
Services cover running water, general electrical, drainage, general repair to fixtures and fittings, as well as painting, filling and more. Our partner, Grey-Water have eighteen years of experience handing maintenance issues and upkeep in leisure environments.
High-Level
High-level cleaning is hazardous and requires specialist access equipment. Not every cleaning company is certified to work at height, but we provide the most affordable specialist high-level cleaning in the South-East.
Our team have many years’ experience using cranes and other access equipment such as abseiling for hard-to-reach areas and always take care to observe health and safety regulations.
Drains and Guttering
Our partners at Grey-Water Drainage are experienced in identifying the root cause of blocked drains, fixing the problem without damaging any of the drains or surrounding materials. This prevents subsequent maintenance at any later date.
Grey-Water use top-of-the-line pressure pumps which can navigate sewers, all internal, and high-level drains such as guttering.
Storm Drains
Storm drains prevent rain from accumulating on flat surfaces by safely channeling it into main drainage routes.
Unfortunately, storm drains often go without maintenance and can routinely become blocked with mud, silt, sticks, and various other forms of debris.
Maintaining storm drains can reduce the amount of debris build-up outside, ensuring none of it makes its way into the warehouse.
