Fixtures & Fittings
At JCD we thoroughly clean all high and low office fixtures and fittings as part of our regular and periodic deep cleaning schedules. Often these can include the cleaning of lights, lamps, chandeliers and shelves.
High-level areas requiring access platforms for working at height are carried out by our fully licensed and accredited professionals.
We ensure safety signage is placed where appropriate and also work with you to ensure cleaning tasks are performed at the most appropriate time of day, when foot traffic is at its lowest so as to prevent slipping or falls.
We also carry out specialist services such as stripping granite and marble flooring to a high gloss finish using specialist rotary and diamond-encrusted pads.
Often a worn out carpet can mean the difference between high and low productivity. No one wants to stay too long in a room with carpet stains or faded areas. We provide daily spot stain removal and chewing gum removal to all high-traffic carpeted office areas and meeting rooms.
Our team also have site-based extraction machines and our periodic deep cleaning carpet team can carry out other efficient methods of cleaning such as carpet bonnet cleaning, extraction cleaning, steam cleaning and more.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing is particularly effective at deep cleaning hard and porous flooring, typically in an external environment. We would also use high temperature pressure washers to remove chewing gum deposits, to clean down exterior cladding and to access areas where manual cleaning is not a viable option.
Pressure washing allows us to quickly improve the presentation of vast areas of retail development where access times are challenging.
Steaming
Steam cleaning is highly effective at sanitising surfaces and removing particularly difficult stains and ingrained dirt.
A production area or washroom can be a breeding ground for bacteria, so a specialist regime of steam cleaning - to include all equipment, surfaces, fixtures and fittings, and hard to reach areas - will keep these areas free of health risks.
We also use this equipment in external areas to remove chewing gum and dirt from porous surfaces such as paving slabs.
Fogging
If you are looking to quickly sanitise or sterilise large open spaces, our fogging deep cleaning may be the right solution.
Where contagious diseases have been reported or where there is a Covid cleaning service requirement, fogging will provide a light but extremely effective sterilisation substance to all surfaces, including hard to reach areas.
This service does not leave any sticky residue behind and does not cause any cross contamination between areas.
Chewing Gum
Chewing gum can blight office environments and make an otherwise clean office space feel unclean and uncared for.
Our team are trained with specialist yet gentle substances to remove chewing gum from hard flooring, carpet fibres or soft furnishings without damaging the surface around or underneath, restoring a well-treated and professional air to your environment.
Difficult Stains
Stain removal can be challenging if you are not familiar with the pH levels of the offending substance. Our team are well versed in the pH of all common spillages and know how to effectively remove them.
We will also take great care in the maintenance of your flooring. Some unsealed, porous floors require the use of specialist oxidising substances and we may make recommendations to seal such flooring to ensure its ease of cleaning in the future.
Graffiti
Graffiti removal is usually a cost you can't plan for and typically don't expect to become a target for. Our experienced graffiti removal services will quickly eradicate any unwanted graffiti.
The way in which we do this is dependent on the size of graffiti and the surface such as glass, brickwork or PVC. We will choose the right tooling for the job whilst maximising the opportunity to get the damaged surface back to its original condition.
