Day Janitors
We provide reliable day janitors for clients who require ongoing upkeep throughout the day. We ensure that areas like washrooms are kept fully stocked, replacing consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap.
Kitchenettes and communal areas are attended to, dishwashers, refrigerators, and worktops are managed to keep shared spaces organised and tidy.
Carpeting and Flooring
Our industrial carpet cleaning services use extraction machines to remove dirt build-up in carpet fibres, bonnet machines to improve the presentation of large areas, and steam machines to disinfect and kill bacteria in high-risk areas. All aspects of hard and soft floor cleaning are addressed for commercial properties: chewing gum is removed, a strip and seal, Diamond Brite strip and polish, carpet pile extraction or bonnet clean are also administered.
Periodical Steaming
Steam cleaning sanitises surfaces and removes particularly difficult stains and ingrained dirt.
Production areas can suffer from bacteria, so specialist steam cleaning - equipment, surfaces, fixtures and fittings, hard-to-reach areas - will keep these areas safe.

Our mobile and on-site teams are highly trained in internal and external glazing cleaning in all environments.
We clean hard-to-reach windows or areas requiring cladding to be cleaned as well as glazing. We may require 'reach and wash' apparatus, pressure washers and access equipment to work at height, but this shouldn't ever disrupt or interfere with the goings-on around your property.
High Level
High-level cleaning services can be hazardous and may require special access equipment to be carried out safely on-site.
Our team have many years of experience using MEWPS/cherry-pickers, platforms and other access equipment such as abseiling for hard to reach areas. These cleans are to be undertaken only by professionals trained to work at height and with proper licenses to operate machinery.
Guttering and Drainage
Our partner team at Grey-Water Drainage Solutions have decades of experience identifying the cause of blocked drains, fixing the problem without damaging any of the drains or surrounding materials and in doing so they prevent subsequent maintenance at any later date.
Grey-Water use pressure pumps to navigate hard-to-reach passages including sewers, all internal and high-level drains such as guttering.
Storm Drains
Storm drains prevent rain from accumulating on flat surfaces by safely channeling it into main drainage routes.
Storm drains often go without maintenance and can routinely become blocked with mud, silt, sticks, and various other debris.
Maintaining storm drains can reduce the amount of debris that can build up outside, ensuring none of it makes its way into the property.
