Our maintenance services include minor tasks to major and periodical projects. Whether you need a light fitting or bulb replacing, door installing, hand rail re-fixing, corridor painting, skirtings fitted and more... we have it covered.

Our site based technicians are fully trained and supported by our area tech team. If a job is required out of hours, one of our trained management team will be on hand to resolve the issue if it's an emergency.


From installing lighting, fitting, fixing or replacing fittings, running cables, installing small transformers or just simply replacing a tube or bulb, our technicians will carry out those works in a safe and efficient manner.

For sites that don't have a require maintenance requirement, we can train and certify our multi-skilled technicians to carry out a combination of tasks, including commercial cleaning duties.

Remedial & Repairs

Site based remedial works and repairs, carried out by specially trained technicians to help keep your site operational. 

Conducting maintenance repairs to all types of fixtures and fittings, whether it's a loose window sill or skirting, a loose panel or door, upturned carpet or unlevel flooring to greasing joints and maintaining equipment.

To keep your site moving, our on site or mobile team can carry out any straight forward installation with little notice. 

For larger works, or works involving third party support, permits, or for any works that require regulatory adherence, this can be booked in with our periodical team at a convenient time for all parties.


Servicing equipment, including PAT testing all equipment, maintaining appliances, servicing boiler room equipment, ventilation systems and more is carried out by our periodical team.

With our asset and scheduling system, all works can be carried out on time, without managerial involvement from your organisation. We will simply send over the completed work sheets and documentation to your team or compliance department.

Painting & Decorating

For minor decor repairs, full renovation or redecorating, we can take into account your requirements and work with any design partners to ensure a high standard and satisfactory result.

Smaller services are typically carried out by our on-site or mobile team, for any larger works these are surveyed and planned in by our area management and will liaise with you at all times during the project.

Whether you are looking for a service partner for a single site or a multi-site management proposal, we will survey the existing commercial cleaning standards on site, what equipment and tooling has been used to date and make provisions for our own recommendations.
