The Team at JCD have recently completed a full clean a newly constructed sports hall at a secondary school in Essex. The project is all set for line marking of courts and will be ready to hand over on time for the new terms start next week. They talk the talk, we walk the walk. 20 years without high level cleaning.... Picture the amount of dust, cobwebs and debris that accumulated over 20 years. Problem is, it’s now failing from the high levels effecting stock and staff. So what should we do. Leave it to JCD. They talk the talk, JCD walk the walk Another Warehouse Clean for the team in sittingbourne this week. Now whilst we are specialist in this field and do these types of cleans day in day out each project presents its only challenges. This warehouse presented several problems during the initial clean and was running much behind plan. Not everything in business runs as you plan and why pretend it does. We got our heads together looked at different chemicals and cleaning methods to bring the project back on track and keep our client over the moon. “You should be really proud of the work and put these pictures on your website Chris” was recent feedback. JCD will be conducting high level cleans to two areas that have accumulated some dust over the past 10 years and will require a skill set not within the general cleaning teams capabilities onsite. Looking to get this one done in late June as this is a quiet time for the Excel and will make working with access equipment in public spaces easier. They talk the talk, JCD walk the walk. Industrial warehouse cleaning can present a wide range of technicalities with various pieces of equipment in place, stock left in the building. JCD Cleaning carry out a wide range of warehouse cleaning services, the most recent being a dilapidation clean to 4 units ready to hand over to a new owner. A full internal wash down to the ceiling, walls and floors, externally the shell will also be washed down and a full brick cleaning service. This one was for a regular client of ours and included a full internal and external clean of 6 newly constructed industrial units in the Rochester area. A full Clean was carried out from ceiling to floors internal using a mix of high level access equipment and industrial machinery. Post build/construction is an area all contractors “think” they can do. Easy to talk the talk but we walk the walk. Some are more complex than others. Bottom line, we get things done right first time simples. The #JCDCleaning team have a large project handing over this week for a well know automotive brand. Ensuring the new purpose built property is ready for it’s grand opening next week welcoming top executives from all over #Europe Warehouse Cleaning is something often over looked by companies with the out of sight out of mind mentality. Dust can quickly accumulate at high level dropping on to equipment, products, staff and floors. The client need a clean to every inch of carpeted area and soft furnishing cleaned. 26 team members onboard at once a 6 hour window to complete, 14 carpet machines all going at once. Job done ✅ Every environment you step in needs cleaning and we can clean it all. As the sun sets on another week, three projects have been handed over this week following #JCDCleaning providing pre occupancy cleans. This week we have competed cleans to 11 Industrial units, full facade clean to a new vehicle depot in #Crawley and a deep clean on a cruise liner in Dover to name a few. A full clean to 6 large scale industrial warehouses in Kent will be carried out in April. Our team will be cleaning all internals from the ceiling down to the floor. Our team will also be carrying out a full wash down of the externals units. It’s easy when you know how and have the real “experts” to carry out your works. 💦💫💦 This month the #JCD team have begun a new large scale project in our capital city. A newly constructed student accommodation property boosting over 350 rooms for university students with a wealth of common areas and facilities such as gym and cinema rooms. JCD will be providing post construction cleaning until the end of May and pre occupancy cleaning ready for clients practical completion first week of June. Another large project underway and can’t wait to see the end results. 💦💫💦 The JCD Cleaning team was out on the weekend fitting in with our clients requirements for an out of core hours clean. Our client in Sittingbourne runs a large food production facility and have regular deep cleans carried out to storage areas to ensure cleanliness is maintain high at all times. This storage room need all cooling units dismantled and cleaned. All walls, floors and ceiling all required a full wash down before being sanitised with food safe cleaning chemicals. A combination of high level equipment from the ground. Access equipment to clean more hard to reach areas and good old fashion manual labour achieved the desired result on this project. 💦💫💦 Our director Chris Guilfoyle recently appeared as a guest on the #kentbusiness podcast. Since November the #JCD team has been out in force working at 5 star hotel refurbishment in the heart of the city. What started with two cleaning technicians for a full time shift soon moved to 16 full time technicians to support the project with the final reward of the hotel opening its 92 luxury rooms up to public on time and sparkling cleaning. Such large scale construction project can prove tough at best of times and this shows our ability to support projects on a large scale, pivot quickly to changes in our clients needs and get things done. We have come across some real hard working team members, some of whom have put themselves out and gone over and above which hasn’t gone unnoticed and will of course we will be rewarded. A great job done by the team and a fantastic project solidifying a long term relationship with the our client. You are only as good as the people working with you and the team on this job have been fantastic ⭐️🧹⭐️ Never anything a cup of coffee can’t help clear up. Can be a lonely job sometimes.... just how we like it. Early morning start with only your tools for company. Internal window cleaning for some of the team today for a regular client. Getting it done while the sun is still sleeping. We always encourage our clients to give some consideration to the jobs that require completing periodically.
