It’s easy when you know how and have the real “experts” to carry out your works. 💦💫💦 This month the #JCD team have begun a new large scale project in our capital city. A newly constructed student accommodation property boosting over 350 rooms for university students with a wealth of common areas and facilities such as gym and cinema rooms. JCD will be providing post construction cleaning until the end of May and pre occupancy cleaning ready for clients practical completion first week of June. Another large project underway and can’t wait to see the end results. 💦💫💦 The JCD Cleaning team was out on the weekend fitting in with our clients requirements for an out of core hours clean. Our client in Sittingbourne runs a large food production facility and have regular deep cleans carried out to storage areas to ensure cleanliness is maintain high at all times. This storage room need all cooling units dismantled and cleaned. All walls, floors and ceiling all required a full wash down before being sanitised with food safe cleaning chemicals. A combination of high level equipment from the ground. Such large scale construction project can prove tough at best of times and this shows our ability to support projects on a large scale, pivot quickly to changes in our clients needs and get things done. We have come across some real hard working team members, some of whom have put themselves out and gone over and above which hasn’t gone unnoticed and will of course we will be rewarded. We also have our teams on standby ready for any #emergency needs during this time. During this quiet time we are keeping up momentum and using this time to put in some added value to our clients. It’s quiet easy to get lazy in December rather than use the lack of footfall to get those bit of details that are hard to carry out day in day out.
